The West London Community Cohesion Partnership (WLCCP) was set up as part of the legacy programme, from the West London Community Cohesion Pathfinder Project. The Pathfinder ran until 30th March 2004. A link to the archived material from the Pathfinder, is given at the bottom of this page.

The Partnership consists of officers from all the WLA boroughs, Trinity Mirror Group and West London Network.  The Partnership meets every two months to review and implement its work programme, share good practice and discuss community cohesion issues that impact upon West London.  There have been three sub-regional conferences that have been organised to inform key officers, organisations, Members and stakeholders about Community Cohesion issues across West London. Hounslow is currently providing central core coordination of the Partnership and will be hosting a Stakeholders meeting in the spring/summer of 2006.
