In order to represent the interests of West London's communities, residents and businesses, the WLA carries out consultations from time to time on key issues for the sub-region. For instance the WLA carried out a sub-regional consultation on "Crime and Disorder" and on the Mayor's Sub-regional Development Framework for the London Plan.
