The WLA runs a wide range of programmes and projects through the officer groups which operate within the WLA. These are aimed at delivering improved and more efficient services to the community.

The WLA also leads on programmes and projects with other West London stakeholder organisations, particularly through the West London Partnership, to improve the environmental, economic and social well-being of West London's business and residential community and of visitors.
