West London Home Support Provider Engagement Event (14th June 2012)
A Home Support Provider Engagement Event will take place on Thursday 14th June 2012 in Patidar House, 22 London Road, Wembley, as part of commitment to work with suppliers of home support services to develop the second generation home support framework agreement for West London.
Work is underway to establish a new home support framework agreement to commence when the existing Framework expires in 2014. The scope of the succeeding framework will be wider than the original framework, reflecting the need to offer more comprehensive services, and will be set up for a variety of services including: Personal Care and Home Support services for people in the community; Extra Care Services; Reablement and therapeutic services; Community Home Support within children’s services, including transitions; Community nursing and integrated health and social care services; and Housing related support, generic services.
The event will include a keynote address from the London Borough of Brent, information on the key themes for the process and expectations of providers, an overview of the procurement process and a questions and answer session. Interested providers are invited to attend either the morning session or the afternoon session. Both sessions will be followed by tender training for providers who do not have experienced a tender process. For further information about the session times and booking details, please click here.
