Provide a user focused and efficient IT support service within agreed service level targets.

ICT Service Desk Officer - Part time - 15 hours per week - Wednesday to Friday.

We are looking to recruit a person who has both IT and customer service skills to work within our dedicated Service Desk team, supporting users across the Borough.

You will need the ability to accurately diagnose and resolve IT faults, coupled with good communication and people skills.

The technology you will be dealing with will include HP PCs and printers, Wyse terminals, Windows XP, 2007, Citrix and LANDesk.

ICT is working towards ITIL accreditation and experience of working within an ITIL framework will be an advantage.
