Efficiencies & Improvement Network

The West London Alliance (WLA) Efficiency & Improvement Network is hosting an Overview and Progress Event on Tuesday 9th February 2010, chaired by Gareth Daniel, Chief Executive of the London Borough of Brent.

The Event will involve;
• Presentations and Case Studies of the Efficiencies and Improvement programmes from the six West London boroughs
• A chance to network with colleagues from WL boroughs and influence the future direction of this programme of work

The event is open to all WLA colleagues involved with developing, delivering and contributing to Efficiencies and Improvement programmes and business transformation initiatives within WLA boroughs.

A report detailing the business of the day, as well as proposals for the next steps for these key areas of work, will be circulated to delegates following the event.
