The London Development Agency (LDA) has launched the largest ever business support programme for tourism in the capital. The programme is designed to help businesses tackle critical areas such as improving quality and business performance, going green, planning for emergencies and becoming more widely accessible.

To kick start the process, the LDA together with West London Business, is offering two free back-to back workshops on Thursday 2 August 2007, Holiday inn Brentford Lock.
